Everyone is capable of being good with money but making responsible choices in the moment, every time, is damn near impossible. That's why we automated it.

We understand how credit card companies work, so we built something that helps you play by their rules. We help you do "the right thing" with your money without having to think about it so you can live your life.

Our Team

Liran Amrany | Co-founder & CEO

Liran works out all the financial, legal and operational details that make Debitize possible. Before founding Debitize, spent 9 years developing derivative products for The Man at J.P. Morgan. He graduated from UC Berkeley with degrees in Economics, Molecular Biology, and Financial Engineering. He's often been spotted running along the East River and has a soft spot for s'mores.

Jeff Hu | Co-founder & CTO

Jeff oversees the technology and platforms that keep Debitize up, running and improving. He has a Bachelor's in Biomedical Engineering from Duke and an MBA from Yale. On a Friday night, he's equally likely to be spotted singing Karaoke in K-Town or working on a machine learning algorithm at a hackathon. Oh, and obviously bleeds Duke Blue!

Paul Sauer | Lead Engineer

Paul keeps the machines behind the curtains well oiled and turns the pictures in our head into products people can use. Originally from down south, he has a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Central Florida. As the only member of the team who owns a kayak, you might be able to catch him paddling the sound or fishing off the beaches... once he thaws out.
